Mission

The Simons Youth Hockey Program is dedicated to the pursuit of athletic excellence and good sportsmanship on and off the ice by all its members. Working with The City of Philadelphia's Recreation Department, the program is designed to develop and improve the skills of each participant through good coaching, practice, and competition.

Our mission is to provide the opportunities and training necessary for each athlete to learn and compete at his or her greatest ability. We also strive to maintain the highest standards of health, safety and fun for all involved in athletic competition, and will endeavor to develop not just the player, but the person as they experience life skills through their participation at Simon's.

As a not for profit organization, we are tasked to provide a fun environment that facilitates the goals and mission set out above, as well as develop the players physically, mentally, and socially.

Simons Rink

Simons Rink is operated by the Philadelphia Department of Recreation. The rink is located in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia at 7200 Woolston Avenue.
